Jaboulet is one of the Rhône Valley’s most celebrated and historic producers. Billionaire Jean-Jacques Frey bought the estate in 2006 and his talented daughter Caroline Frey has been in charge since, converting production to biodynamics. The Frey family also own Château La Lagune in Bordeaux and half of Champagne house Billecart-Salmon.
