With bright red fruit, bramble and a savoury edge, this energetic light red is suitably named Wild Soul. Julien's outstanding understanding of the Beaujolais region comes to the fore here with this blend of small parcels of Gamay from around the Lantignié commune. 

Like many of his contemporaries in the region, Julienne is committed to organic farming, natural fermentations, minimal sulphur and a hands off approach to wine making. Over the last few decades styles like this of Beaujolais have redefined the region. Julien set up his domain in 2007 with small holdings in the cru of Fleurie, which has since grown to include Régnié and the celebrated cru of Morgon.
