Rifters produce handcrafted small batch gin in Central Otago. In a nod to the region where it's produced, this limited release is their Quartz gin that has been aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 4 months. The result is a gin that's smooth with subtle tannins, notes of dark fruit and elevates floral tones.
