Just the kind of vibrant, dry and fresh Pet-Nat that floats our boat. It’s got lovely tropical, passionfruit, watermelon flavours, and a satiating juiciness. Hand picked Patriarch Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc (95%) and Wrekin Vineyard Pinot Noir (5%) where whole bunch pressed and wild fermented. 

With extensive experience working in Australia, Burgundy, California and New Zealand, Bec Norton and Aaron Zuccaro established Tettonica in Marlborough. They source organic fruit where possible, and have a minimal intervention approach.
