This juicy number was produced by co-fermenting Granny Smith apples, blackcurrants and Doyenne du Comice pears. It's relatively low in alcohol (6.4%) and yet it brings 'life of the party' vibes.

Proving that grapes aren’t the be all and end all when it comes to delicious fizz, Wellington-based Jesse Phillips and Cosmo Hawke produce this clever range of fruit Pét-Nats. Organic, co-fermented fruit is pressed to bottle before the ferment finishes without any additives. Where possible they use fruit considered ‘seconds’ to the grocery world, or that would otherwise fall to the ground, thereby reducing waste.
