The Linklater family learnt the lie of the land from sheep and beef farming in Otago. Questioning the use of chemicals led to their conversion to certified organic farming in the 90s. In purchasing what is now the Windrush vineyard in 2008, it made sense to continue their organic journey in sun-kissed Marlborough.
