As well as being juicy and immediate, this also has a serious line of mineral freshness. Made from Swartland's signature grape variety Chenin Blanc, fruit is sourced from an organic vineyard planted in 1961.  Fermention with indigenous yeast is finished in the bottle to create that Pet-Nat sparkle we love so much. It’s unfiltered and unfined.

In the midst of South Africa's established wine industry, Testalonga are an exciting, fresh face. They're situated in the Swartland region, just north of Cape Town in a province called the Western Cape. Craig and Cara Hawkins of Testalonga have been making wine since 2008 and are highly regarded as the pioneers of skin contact winemaking in South Africa. Organic farming was a non negotiable from the very beginning, and mininal intervention is the go here, as they simply state on their labels, Testalonga wines are "Made from Grapes" only.
