Light and deliciously bright and crunchy, this red is made from organically grown New Zealand Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir. Each variety is given a short maceration of 5 to 7 days before blending. 

Ojisan is a hybrid winemaking venture between Alex Craighead of Nelson based Kindeli, and Kazuomi Fujimaki of Grape Republic in Japan. Their organic, New Zealand grown wines are named Ojisan, which translates to Uncle, as a cheeky nod to their impending middle age. Trust us when we say this is one uncle you won’t be avoiding at the next family reunion.
