We love the vibrancy and freshness of this. As well as those classic cherry aromatics, this has a lovely brambly quality. It's bright and crunchy to taste with chalky tannin and freshness. Hand picked, destemmed fruit was wild yeast fermented, before aging in stainless steel barrels, leaving it unadorned and pure. 

Lucie and Brook Lawrence lovingly and organically farm 1.5 hectares in Lowburn, across the road from Burn Cottage in Central Otago. Having run Aurum Estate previously they’re well entrenched in the region. The small size of the vineyard allows them a truly hands on approach.
