A white of both ease and elegance, this is a blend of classic Rhone varieties, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Viognier. There’s florals, apricot and candied citrus aromatics, fresh acidity, and a little palate weight and grip. 

One of the leading producers in Costières de Nîmes, in the south west of the Rhone Valley in France, this 40 hectare, certified organic estate is a family affair. Established by Roger Marès in 1964, it’s now in the hands of his son Cyril. Having worked in California and Chile, Cyril brings a modern sensibility to their wines from this historic region.
