Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc ain't just one thing, there's a growing diversity of styles. Just like this. It's textural, forward and supple. Yes there's freshness, but palate weight and toned down aromatics make it appeal to a broader audience of wine lovers. From a single organic vineyard, fruit is hand picked, fermented with wild yeast with full malolactic fermentation, before aging in old french oak for 6 months.
