This is charming white wine made from Pinot Noir. Known as Blanc de Noirs, the gentle pressing and avoidance of skin contact of red varieties can indeed produce delicious white wine. It’s demonstrated so well here, with its nectarine and peach aromatics, gentle texture and general forward, friendliness. 

Haidee and Ben source organically grown fruit from both Bridge Pa in Hawkes Bay and the terraces of Martinborough to produce their two light and bright wines. They’ve both got a wealth of experience making wine in New Zealand and overseas, and they sum up Halite wines so nicely -
