The Côte Roannaise is a tiny region in the south western corner of the Loire Valley in France. Romain Paire has taken over his family estate there, Domaine des Pothiers, and has gained a serious following of Somms and wine geeks from around the world. The vineyards are entirely certified organic and biodynamic.
