Expressing the warmth of the mediterranean climate, this is supple and easy going. It’s medium bodied, with dark berried fruit and violet aromatics, with a little spice and meatiness. It’s a blend of typical red varieties from the Roussillon, Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, all organically grown.

The Boudau family have been making wine at this 50 hectare estate since the 1920s. Their certified organic vineyards are set on the Mediterranean in the Roussillon, on the border with Spain in the very south west of France.
