This year’s Tuff Nutt is bright and clean. It’s bursting with tropical and citrus fruits that carry through from the moment it’s opened until it's all devoured. Perfect refreshment over summer. Fermented in stainless steel with wild vineyard yeast, the wine was bottled under crown seal to finish ferment, resulting in the Petillant Naturel, a lightly sparkling style.

The Delinquente team aim to ‘buck the trend, break rules and do things our own way’, as their name cheekily suggests. And in a sea of Aussie Shiraz and Cabernet they stay true to this, choosing to focus on heat-loving Southern Italian varieties, grown organically and made with minimal intervention.
