This characterful and charming Pét-nat shows the Delinquente team sure do know what they're doing when it comes to this style of sparkling wine. They consistently make some of our favourite pét-nats, with affordable price tags to boot. Mostly Vermentino, with a touch of Nero D'Avola from Riverland in South Australia, there is the soft hint of sweetness here, but it remains bright and fresh with crunchy acidity. 

The Delinquente team aim to ‘buck the trend, break rules and do things our own way’, as their name cheekily suggests. And in a sea of Aussie Shiraz and Cabernet they stay true to this, choosing to focus on heat-loving Southern Italian varieties, grown organically and made with minimal intervention.
