Made from Yamadanishiki rice this sake is made in the traditionally dry style of the Kochi Prefecture. Although completely dry this sake is smooth and round while maintaining freshness. Green apples dominate the flavour profile but there is an all to comforting familiar taste of milk bottle lollies that keeps you going for more. 60% Polished. Kochi Prefecture.
