If you want to dig a little deeper into different expressions of Central Otago Pinot Noir this is a great place to start. It’s less about plush, bold fruit, and more about delicacy and fine structure. It comes from an elevated and exposed Lowburn site, is hand picked, wild fermented with 30% whole bunch fruit and aging in old oak.
