As the name suggests, this is a youthful expression of the native Greek variety Xinomavro. Ripe fresh, raspberry flavours hit the palate with energy, followed by the fragrant aromatics of sweet spices and wild herbs. If you love Pinot Noir and Beaujolais, then this is right up your alley. It’s produced with a short maceration on skins in stainless steel, followed by 8 months in cement tanks.
