From the blue slate soils of the Fahrlay parcel within the Mosel’s Marienburg vineyard, organically and biodynamically grown fruit was hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for around a year in traditional large oak foudres.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe vineyards of Clemens Busch, by the Mosel River, have been family-owned for more than 200 years, run today by Clemens and Rita Busch. Through the bottling of individual parcels, their wines vividly express the diversity of the estate’s coloured slate soils. Regarded as one of Germany's pioneers of organic and biodynamic viticulture, they have been farming organically since the 1980s and biodynamically since 2005.
