Bizzarro is an all natural bitter aperitivo made by the Adelaide winemaker darling Con-Greg Grigoriou (Delinquente Wine Co.) and his sister Kayla Grigoriou (Needle and Pin Spirits).
Organic skin contact vermentino is used as the base wine, along with organically grown oranges, lemons and other traditional aperitivo ingredients such as rhubarb and gentian root. It creates an aperitivo to rival mass produced Aperol and Campari brands.
