Testalonga I wish I was a Ninja 2020
Testalonga are taking the new world by storm.
Situated in the Swartland region of South Africa, right on the southwest tip and just north of Cape Town in a province called the Western Cape, Testalonga have been making wine since 2008 and are highly regarded as the pioneers of 'natural' winemaking in South Africa. Organic farming was a non negotiable from the very beginning for winemaker Craig Hawkins. Simply put, Testalonga wines are "Made from Grapes".
This is Testalongas Pét-nat and is off dry in style. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel, resulting in a wine that's aromatic and bright and made for drinking in the sun.
