Drinking Splash! is like successfully bobbing for apples, a refreshing slap in the face with a rewarding appley crunch at the end. It’s also the real deal, Pétillant Naturel made with no added sulphur. It’s literally just Semillon, slowly fermented and bottled just before the ferment ends to capture the desired fizz.  

Chateau Barouillet has been a family business going back at least 8 generations. Vincent Alexis works alongside his father and grandfather to cultivate the land in the south west of France. Vincent is the youthful energy behind the move to certified organic viticulture, and the estate completed this conversion in 2014. The wines are charming and generous.
