When we think about the great, ageworthy white wines of the world, Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley has gotta be in the mix, particularly Vouvray. And if you’re in doubt of that, this should get it over the line. With a richness and density of fruit flavour, there’s still a beautiful line of fresh acidity and a dry finish. The aromatics develop in the glass - marmalade, apricot, baked pear and wet stone. It's well worth taking your time over.
