Woden is the signature recipe gin from the clever peeps at Psychopomp. A London dry style gin, made using British wheat and distilled in 30 litre hand made copper stills. Woden consists of Juniper, coriander seed, cassia bark, angelica root, fresh pink grapefruit zest and fennel seeds.

Best served with a good Indian tonic water and garnished with fresh grapefruit. It also makes a fantastic Negroni.

Psychopomp is a very small, independent, carbon neutral Micro-Distillery based in an old grocery shop in Bristol.
