This is quality blanco Tequila made in the high altitude areas near Atotonilco in Mexico. Arquitecto is made by Enrique Fonseca, local Tequila guru in the region. This tequila is pure in both flavour and in the way it’s produced, with no additives. 

Agave is a fruit which can only be harvested once, so sustainability is a big consideration for the local region. Arquitecto plants one agave seed in Oaxaca for every agave they harvest.
