We've teamed up with our friends at Ozone Coffee Roasters to bring you a pop up tasting event showcasing the future makers of our drinks industry.  There will be over 40 different drinks open to taste throughout the evening as well as educational talks and the chance to meet the producers behind the drinks. Featuring… 

Deep Down, Kelly Washington, Three, Fates, Halcyon Days, Settlement, Scout, Unico Zelo (Blanc), Gaia & Thymipolous (Cellar Days), Amoise, Gravel Down, McLeods Brewery & Thomson Whisky 

Your ticket includes…

A Gabriel Glass which is yours for the evening and to take home

 Tasting from 4pm - 8pm 

A selection of pizza fritta by Joe O’Connell, Chef de Cuisine at Ozone.

From the food to the booze, the focus is on sustainability. Sign up for one of a handful of half hour talks in the Ozone Roastery, whether it’s delving into organics, ethical coffee or exploring New Zealand's amazing subregions. Booking details for ticket holders coming soon. 

Enjoy our wine bar offering late until 10pm that includes beer and wine by the glass from each producer, Thompson whisky cocktails and Ozone Espresso Martinis.
